Extended Stay America Suites - Columbus - Dublin

Good location, quiet.

I wouldn’t call coffee/hot chocolate & oatmeal or muffin breakfast. Didn’t feel safe at all with no working FIRE ALARM. Won’t be staying there again .

Ability to have a kitchen however extra charge to use it was concerning.

No fire safety working during my stay, notes up all over that fire safety was not functioning.

Nice hotel for a short stay

Room was spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The room smelled bad and there was hair under the sheets.

It was close to the zoo

There was a fire somewhere we had to sit outside and I couldn't sleep after that cuz I kept thinking the place was on fire and the beds were uncomfortable

I stayed at 450 Metro Pl and Tuttle Blvd. 450 Metro Place was more convenient. Both were good hotels.

On some of the rooms I was in the bathroom door would not stay open.

Got to hotel lobby and no one behind front desk. Saw a sign turned sideways saying they were helping another guest and back soon. After 10 minutes I called the number on the sign and the phone rang behind the front desk. No one came. A few minutes later I called it again and then saw a door open in the hallway and saw several people just sitting in there. An unfriendly woman came out and when I expressed inpatience after traveling all day and the standing their waiting she said,”we were having a meeting”. I saw people just sitting there snacking on some food. They knew I was there and ignored m before finally coming out. Completely unacceptable. It was supposed to be an “extended stay” room with pots, pans , dishes , glasses etc. Nothing. Two little flimsy plastic glasses was all there was in the room. The bed looked like a roll away. The place is a “dump” and would NEVER stay here again. Had reservations to come here next week and cancelled them.

Got a first floor room. It was nice and quiet . Was m clean. Guy at the front desk was super nice !
