Best birthday celebration and hospitality due to a warm staff especially from the chef shankar gadhe. He single handedly made our experience from good to great, gave me flowers as well as an extra designed birthday cake. He must be made head chef and head of hospitality here.

Our stay at Ritz Carlton was memorable because of the stunning property, perfectly curated food by Chef Koushik bursting with flavours . His attention to detail, creativity and personal involvement made each meal memorable. The spa experience was truly out of the world. Overall service was flawless.

The level of hospitality truly sets this place apart—every detail is thoughtfully curated, from the immaculate rooms to the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The food was outstanding throughout—consistently delicious and beautifully presented, making every meal something to look forward to. What made my experience even more memorable was the wellness facility. The gym is good, and the combination of sauna, steam, and cold showers became a daily ritual that left me feeling completely rejuvenated. A special mention to Debasish, the trainer, who was truly exceptional. Beyond just guiding workouts, he took a personal interest in ensuring proper stretching and recovery, which made a noticeable difference. His dedication and expertise elevated the entire fitness experience. Overall, an amazing stay—great food, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding service. I would absolutely return.
