Superb facilities, very tastefully designed and situated in an exceptional location. The owner is a perfect host and a good cook providing personalised service. We absolutely want to return to Mendixur!

"A great place to stay for a quiet, peaceful, clean stay situated in a lovely rural area, shall retur"

The breakfast was freshly made, with various foods offered. We loved the big viewing window in the sitting room, it gave us a clear view of part of the lake just a field away, very good birding spot.

There were no dislikes.

The staff was very kind and thoughtful .Spotless room with fantastic views to the birds reservoir.

Maybe the location.It's 15' by car to Vitoria_Gasteiz.You'll need a car to drive around the area.
