Nice room, clean and comfortable bedding. Never a bad experience when we stay.

My stay was all around pleasant. The staff was courteous and professional. The issues were, that there is maintenance that needs to be done for safety and comfort. The water was also turned of for a short period, however turned off without warning. Lastly $12 for breakfast with limited choices is a bit steep. There was a recycle bin in the room, However, when emptied, it was combined with the regular trash.

Everything here is very nice. Super quiet. Easy to find. Lots of restaurants and shopping all around.

Positive: Pool and hot tub were excellent: well lit, clean, warm. Room was clean, relatively quiet, and comfortable. Grounds were very well kept. We appreciated the ability to bring our dog. Negative: All the doors in our room squeaked terribly, the ice machine was broken, the breakfast cost $12, and the staff was neither friendly nor very helpful.

The building showed wear (water stains on the roof, wallpaper coming loose). The toilet was unusually loud. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was what we needed.

The first and second room they put us in had blood on the bed sheets and mattress. We check for bed bugs. The third room was clean.

They advertise that they have cribs but they didn’t have one for us. When I complained the supervisor was rude, unhealthful and unsympathetic.

We were greeted by a grumpy person at check-in.

Staff was accommodating. Restaurants within a short drive. Very quiet even though near the freeway. I would recommend staying here.

The pool was a large pool, very nice. There was a gas station convenience store next door. The restaurants and shopping was on the other side of the freeway. The staff and Hotel are extremely good.
