The facility is very nice, seemingly well maintained..

I didn’t like the microwave in the HANDICAPPED UNIT, as it is tilted .. the turntable was not the correct one for the microwave and it was frightening to think it could fall at anything, and the HANDICAPPED bathroom was like from Alice in Wonderland.. sink was literally coming off the wall, and also at an angle so everything fell into the sink because it is so slanted, and lastly, the shower basically flooded the bathroom every time you showered

Very unsafe feeling with people wandering around that seem to live there instead of being guests. The towels when we first had our first room had pubic hair in them and the room was a mess. Had to wait for them to be cleaned to get our rooms in order, that should have been done well before we arrived for check in. Some of the staff customer service is good but there’s two staff members that either don’t know what’s going on/ have a bad attitude. There’s also one specific person that was staying here had put paper on their door with a message speaking about “the Heavenly Father is watching you” very creepy along with another paper saying people need to stop stalking them. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re coming to PA for a vacation or visiting. Please spend your money somewhere else.

"A fine place for a quick stay"

The hotel is very well located to major roads and key shopping of all kinds. The hotel is also clean and the suites are very nice. I was pleased with the room, the cleanliness, and the location.

There were what seemed like some long-term guests there that seemed a bit out of place.
