Room was not clean and light in the bathroom doesn’t work

Close to the airport and other hotels.The staff was really great. Disclaimer: we chose this hotel after we missed our flight. We picked it because it was inexpensive and close to the airport. It served our needs very well in that circumstance.

Dirty floors and furniture. No food options.

When we first arrived, I had booked a double queen suite but was instead given a king suite, which obviously was not going to work for my husband, myself, and our two teenage girls. When I went to the front desk, I was told they would switch us into a room that was originally meant for another guest arriving later. The room appeared clean, but the AC unit squealed loudly all night, making it very uncomfortable. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the experience, especially considering I paid $130 for the room. For that price, I expected better organization and a more comfortable stay.

The room was filthy I only stayed because I'm healing from breast cancer surgery and it's very painful so I just stayed put

Not a thing

I was given a room key. It did not work at all to the assigned room. Went back downstairs and was waiting for an extended period of time. Was then given another room to go to. I opened the door and a dog came barking and running at me aggressively as the room was already occupied by another paying guest. It was absolutely ridiculous.
