The location

The room was not clean and the smoke detector was off the wall. The door was opened like someone was already staying in the room. But I realized that is the process when a new guest arrives.

It was dirty and had roaches, I wouldn’t eat anything there.

This was the worst stay in a hotel I ever had. They were ignorant, unprofessional and dirty. There were roaches and the room stunk. I paid for a hotel room and got treated like I was just some bum off the streets. I’m very unsatisfied with the service and the quality of the facility and I’m also very disappointed in booking.com for taking my money and not having a better result for me. And I still haven’t received my deposit back yet!

"Worst hotel in the Pennsylvania area"

Absolutely nothing. The drainage from the sink an tub clogged. Then was told I could not be moved. Bug infestation was disgusting. Filled with roaches.

The worst experience ever! Awful,lack of cleaning …disgusting !!!!. Cold water, all the appliances corroded, old and dirty. No blankets, dirty towels, unsafe carpets, water damage in the wall allowing wind coming by the window. Soooo nasty
