Good location

Upon arrival, I was charged a inconvenience fee of $25 because I booked on Booking.com and whatever room was available it booked for me, and when I got there and checked in I was charged a inconvenience fee because they had to change my room. Which doesn’t make any sense because that’s not my fault. I was told I would get back the fee within 24 to 48 hours, and it’s been four days since and I haven’t gotten it back. Separate issue, there were spiders in the room, the floor in the bathroom was uneven and you could tell, and there were tiny holes in the walls on the molding. They could have more parking spots available as well.
