We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Convenience. Value for money is good. Stay here whenever we are in RI.

To be honest nothing except the girl running the front desk

elivators out of service and they put us on the 4th floor. We are not spring chickens Bedding was dirty, called down to front desk, no answer Couldn't walk down again to the front desk to complain Couch is aweful Room was to dark Breakfast aweful moldy bagels My receipt for payment says one thing and my credit card charge is much higher We travel to this area many times a month and are looking for a place closer to where we do our business audits, however obviously this place is not it

The Staff was excellent in their service and assistance whenever we had an issue or a question, the cleaning staff was also very helpful and friendly. The hotel had an elevator issue but it never hindered the flow of persons staying there, will return to this location anytime.

The hotel itself was okay but the guests in the room above ours decided to have a party until 2 am. They were playing loud music and had who knows how many people in there talking loudly. I tried to ignore the noise but after a few hours of their inconsiderate revelry, I called the front desk to complain. Just placing the call itself was a problem because the directions on the phone to call the front desk did not work. I had to look up the hotel number and call it like it was an outside call. The lady at the front desk was a bit curt about the complaint as she said that she would try to do what she could with the fact that she was the only employee on the property. I don't know if she was able to do anything or if the party just wound down on its own shorty thereafter.

Very clean, cute hotel. Room was very spacious and staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.
