Everything was great. Except for one thing.

One clean up staff employee for breakfast was being rude and condescending. Took food away early and closed breakfast area early while we were still eating.

Professionalism and appearance is everything, or at least it should be. Now the Young man and young lady in training were very hospitable from beginning to end. The hotel itself was not what I expected under the umbrella name of Hyatt. The room was tiny for a two bath and a sofa sleeper. The bathroom was old, moldy & mildew looking with a ceiling that was patched up poorly. The TV was NOT plugged up and my grandson had to go behind the wall to plug it up. The tub was horrible looking. The bathroom itself was mold/mildew looking. Yes! The nice desk people tried to change my room a couple of time, but those rooms weren't any better.
