The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The linens were very soft and the products in the bathroom were good quality. I would suggest having bed linens in all room closets that have sofas that fold out into a bed. Also, I would recommend never running out of milk at breakfast.

Upon making our reservation we called and spoke to Sean and he answered our questions so we booked our room. Sean checked us in and also upgraded us from a double queen to a king suite he was extremely pleasant and professional as he answered my husbands questions and concerns as we arrived with bikes on the back of our vehicle. The room was clean spacious and bed comfortable!! I used the gym and others enjoyed the indoor pool. The area felt safe and was convenient location. Because of how patient Sean was with us and the cleanliness and comfort this will probably be our annual stop to and from Fl to Northern MI
