The first room we were given had a leaking sprinkler head. But they quickly changed our room to our satisfaction

The day I checked out I noticed flea bites on my feet and ankles. I saw a lot of dogs during my stay. Room 236 needs to be fumigated. Hair everywhere in the room. TV remote did not work. Alarm clock did not work.

If comfortable room with a kitchen and free laundry area. Staff is very nice!

Was charged one price then a few days later that was removed from my bank and 1 separate higher charge was posted to my account along with another smaller charge which caused an overdraft. Still no explanation but not sure if the cause was due to booking.com or the hotel. Either way not too happy

Though the place is old and worn I am giving it 4 Stars. It is clean and the room was spacious with a full kitchen. Nice coffee pot - especially for those who carry their own filters and coffee! The clerk was super nice, he went to the room to turn on the heat for me. BTW its the old wall unit - at least in the room I had stayed in - Ask when you check in! Theis wasnt what I prefer but it grew on me - a good value for the price.

The property is not being taken care of. A building can be old but still it needs to be clean and well-maintained.

My room was filthy and covered in dust, including the AC unit. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. We complained about it, and they gave us another room that wasn’t as bad as the first one, but it was still dirty. At this point, we decided to take matters into our own hands. We went to the store and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room ourselves because we noticed that no matter where they moved us, the room would still be dirty. The front desk said that it was because the building was old, but I explained that I’m allergic to dust. Her response was “Oh, bless your heart,” which was completely rude. There is no excuse for a building to be old and not keep it clean. It definitely doesn’t make sense. A building can be old, but it still needs to be clean and well-maintained. This was definitely the worst stay of my life. I don’t recommend staying here. We did because we’re not from here and we looked online, and the pictures look decent for a short visit to the area, but the photos and in-person are way different.

We loved the location of the hotel. We were five minutes away from where our conference was.

The hotel is very run down and dirty. Our room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. It definitely needed a deep cleaning. It’s also very run down and in need of a remodel. We were supposed to have a queen room with a living room. In the living room there was a bed instead. We also asked for a chair or 2 too go with our dinning room table and they never showed up like they said they would. There were only 2 forks in the kitchen. The dishes were all mismatched. The bedding was very worn. There was mold in the bathroom. Also one of the bathroom towel hooks fell off while we were there. The staff really just didn’t seem to care that we had any concerns. Since I was traveling for work I needed an invoice and had to ask 3 times to get that. I’ll never stay here agian.

I've stayed at this hotel over a dozen times in the past couple of years and have been effusive in my praise of it. It had become our go to place to stay in Nashville when I have to make my monthly trips for treatment at Vanderbilt. I learned it has recently been purchased in a lot of 38 properties and is now franchisee-managed. The change isn't positive. None of the many people I've become acquainted with on the staff were working there anymore. There's no longer a friendly greeting at the front desk and we find the place now lacking.

I prepaid for a one bedroom queen suite & was there at 4pm to check-in. I was given a standard room instead & wasn't offered a rate adjustment for the cost difference. Just a lady at the desk telling me that 4 or 5 other folks were going to be equally upset as if that made anything better. The room was missing furniture, coffee maker was broken and bulbs were missing in the bedside lamps. Staff remedied those issues. There is no longer coffee & tea available in the fitness area as has been the case for years and one of the conveniences that made this a great place to stay previously. You've lost a loyal customer and all of my referrals.
