Americas Best Value Inn Angleton

The shower was just the right pressure with a shower head that gave the perfect spray for an enjoyable shower, and the bed was extremely comfortable!

The breakfast choices were pretty sparse. There were honey buns, brownies, a couple of cereals, and some milk in a refrigerator. I don't drink coffee, but there were a couple of carafes, so I guess there was coffee available.

The signs for the hotel were missing/faded so it’s hard to find when driving down the road. There were roaches and the bathroom needed major attention in terms of repair. I also was disappointed with the breakfast, honey buns and cosmic brownies are not breakfast.

It’s nasty and we saw 3 roaches inside the room . Smell bad and very nasty the picture on the booking. Com is not the same picture the show i recommend no goes there

Not a bad place for an overnight stay but we stayed 4 nights and they don’t provide room service. On the last night of our stay they made the bed. They have breakfast but only coffee, honey buns and cosmic brownies.

I was on two fantastic mini-biketours from my temporary home address in HoustonTX-USA; both focused on the Gulf of (¡MAGNIFICENT) MEXICO! My first biketour (three weeks ago, January2025) routed through AlvinTX > Galveston IslandTX > Jamaica BeachTX > Surfside TX > AngletonTX > Houston. Currently (15-24FEB2025), I am amidst my second biketour, which routed four times through Angleton, and have had the great opportunity to overnight at Americas Best Value Inn on two occasions. I am extremely grateful that I was lodged in a ground floor room both times—crucially important because my mode of transport is a recumbent CruzBike to which I’ve added a heavy duty 48V eSystem from eBikeKit.com. The weight of this “FrankenBike” precludes hefting it up or down many steps, so ground floor rooms are required. Not only was I assigned rooms accordingly, I really appreciate the fast hot water, mini-fridges, microwaves, and flat-screen televisions. It goes without saying that the free WiFi is extremely reliable. Additionally, the brekkie always has great coffee/juice/milk/dry cereal though I have missed fresh fruit. with a

The property was conveniently located near downtown Angleton. There were several restaurants and stores close by, including a Starbucks

The quality of the photos does not match the quality of the room. There were stains/slime (think globs of mucus) on the walls, including what looked like water damage. The room smelled of smoke. The bed was not comfortable
