They have had issue charging my credit card for one full amount at the tome of check in. The representative was a youth have had difficulty understanding what the issue was and when she called the manager she also didn’t help figuring out the issues. They card my charge 7 small amounts since apparently the representative didn’t have the permission to charge more than a certain amount from the costumer. She also acknowledged later that other customers have had issues. We had to wait for more than 40 minutes for all the amounts to go through on Sunday. They also said there was a weekly cleaning schedule which it never happened for my room. And there were insects ( crickets ) in the room twice, towels were not clean and the bathroom shower curtains holder was rusty and old. Hallways a strong scent, there was no hand sanitizer or towels in the gym. Laundry and dish washer were super old and noisy. I had to stay in the hotel since the other option nearby was even worst and I had a full working week a schedule. I requested a compensation when I called the general manager phone line but they referred me to the property manager which she never responded well to any of my complaints. I need a compensation for all these issues that I experienced. I definitely will never choose or recommend this property for anyone to stay.

Location was great by a lot of restaurants and shopping areas

No remote to the tv, spider web on side of bed, couldn’t fine the dishes because they were still in the dishwasher from the person before me. When checking in the front desk person looked at me and continued her conversation with another employee that was leaving for the night 4mins before she decided to help me Check in only BECAUSE I said do I need to come back.. 11pm

The smell is terrible, we booked the hotel a little late and the receptionist was confused on why we were there like we were not supposed to be here. Mattress uncomfortable.

Perfect room, quiet, clean, not a trace of cigarettes. Excellent.

One mishap with front desk when I checked in. I was questioned about my service animal. I was questioned and withheld with proper documentation stating my pup is a service animal. The young front desk agent needs to properly make sure she properly reads documentation.

Location and ample parking was amazing. The suite had great amenities…cook top, full size fridge, dishwasher, nice bathroom fixtures

The check in staff member was mediocre and not very friendly, although non-smoking signs are everywhere and our room was “non-smoking”, it smelled like an ash tray was hitting you every time we walked through the door into our room. I have no doubt it was cleaned well. It looked very clean… just had that awful cigarette smoke smell. The elevator inspection was expired.
