SMELL OF INDIAN HEMP @ HALLWAYS AND ELEVATOR. THIS HAPPENED ALMOST THROUGHOUT MY STAY.

I loved the smell of the hotel when I walked in (10 out of 10). The staff was outstanding and cared about my preferred room and floor!!!

With all due respect, I would like to see the grass and trees all around the hotel groomed better and some cut down. I would like to see the homeless have a place to go with their things instead of outside the hotel for guests view. I also would like to see the black refrigerator and dishwasher in all rooms like advertised. The view from my room this time was good.

Water was not hot enough.

Staff members where rude and off putting.I wanted to stay another day but left due to their unprofessionalism.

Clean , room was comfortable. Location was perfect.

The only thing was you manger was argumentative about something small. The manger brought it to my attention that I had to rewrite a check form , I was confused because I done the every week since I been there for a month and a half the same way. But she got offended that I brought it up and then stated how she was going to rep-amend her staff . I didn’t need to know none of that. I guess she wanted me to know she was in charge. And it’s was another time. She’s very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to pick her battles.
