The parking lot was clean and well lit. But the room had flooring trim undone that could be a trip hazard. While watching TV on 2 different occasions roaches ran up the wall from behind TV. Hair dryer was not working as per other reviews, so sounds like an ongoing and unaddressed issue. Had housekeeping knock on our door at 9:30 a.m. when check out is not until 11 a.m.!

They came everyday to ask for house keeping

When I got to the hotel it was 3:35 pm check in was 3pm and I was asked if I could go back to check in at 6pm, when I said no, the guy in the front desk started telling me I was rude and I was not.. and keep on telling me things to start an argument with me but I ignored it, I was tired and only wanted my room.. but he was not welcoming nor friendly whatsoever!! And to add to it was very unprofessional, no parking assigned, had to park in the other side of the hotel because someone was always on my parking spot
