They took my deposit for a dirty towel when it too the 11 days to clean my room

Was there over a month and the elevator never worked. Had Free washers and dryers but only half of them worked.

Staff was amazing and free laundry

Elevator was out and 3 flights of stairs

Loved our room because it had a private bedroom. They let us check in extra early and we were exhausted. We stayed at another hotel the last night, it was noisy and uncomfortable. Should have stayed another night here!! Staff was above and beyond

Stairs!elevator wasn't working

I think that staff and the Gym and the room it self

It smelled really weird in the building and I feel they could have cleaned better

The bed seemed comfortable and they had a coffee pot where I could have 4 cups of coffee made in the pot

The gold in some areas in the elevator didn’t work Even though I had to climb up a set of stairs -i’m 60 years old. I had just fell down some stairs a few days before so it really hurts to walk upstairs.

Clean nice staff

Although the facility had an unpleasant odor and lacked proper upkeep, Krystal at the front desk provided exceptional service. She was professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our check-in smooth. Her kindness and professionalism stood out despite the hotel’s flaws.

My stay was extremely disappointing due to the facility’s terrible odor of mildew and garbage and the unprofessional behavior of the hotel manager, Rebecca Machado. She was dismissive and rude during interactions about towel exchanges, even accusing me of damaging them without cause. To make matters worse, my daughter developed what appeared to be bed bug bites, making the overall experience unacceptable.
