the wifi worked great.

The room smelled like mildew. The chairs were torn/damaged. The info online stated no pets allowed unless they're service dogs but there were lots of dangerous dogs on the property. The owners had their dogs running around lose. I ordered pizza and had to go down the block to pick it up because after I ordered the store told me that they would not deliver to this hotel. So I had to go meet the delivery person at a building across the street. The location looked dangerous but it was too late for me to cancel with a refund so I stayed.

The kitchenette is very convenient. And the staff is very friendly and professional!

Wouldn’t book here again .. after getting reservations through expedia we arrived to check in and the MAN at the desk explained you have to be 21 nd older to book and since im 20 and reservation were in my name i had to switch it to my boyfriends name we attempted to do so but was told he couldn’t do it because it was close to time were he couldn’t modify things for people we requested our refund and was then told we had to wait til 9AM the next morning so we were left stranded without our money back and sat outside the hotel for 2 hours and i still have yet to receive my money back

This place was completely horrendous. Don’t stay here as a casual place or with a family or for travel. Worst experience ever with a hotel. I felt unsafe and it was barely a closed location to sleep. Room amenities were basic and dysfunctional even at that basic level. I called it a “murder motel” … frankly … I wish I had been murdered the first night so as not to have had to endure the second.

Had I not been deathly ill I would never have stayed here. This is a slum. That they charged me $60 a night for this place is a travesty. The photos do not match what this place looks like. It was so nasty. The toilet broke, meanwhile I am sick as a dog. I had medicine and soup delivered so that I could feel better and when the maid opened the door letting all of this light in while I was dead asleep told me that it was checkout time, I had assumed I had another hour, she then told me to pick up my trash. Like, what would your job be done? It was a couple of bags one held medicine one held soup. I was way too sick to be cleaning a room. The shower was horrifying. Do not stay here, I love luxury hotels, and I was not expecting that, but this was nightmare nightmare fuel.

There was mold in the bathroom, I stayed there for a week and I came up with allergies. My throat clears up as soon as I walk out my apartment room. Nice staff, they offered me a bunch of extra stuff for the apartment but bad mold in the bathroom. The AC is located be side the bed which make the temperature sleeping feel unstable or inconsistent. So I found myself tossing and turning in the middle of the night trying to cool down my other half. Despite the downside of the motel, it was worth the price.
