Everything was brilliantly clean, beds were comfortable and the cave rooms were naturally cool, no need for AC - which made it even more comfortable when the temperatures outside were over 35 degrees c

The wifi connection wasn't great. But we weren't there for very long so it didn't impact much.

The owner of the place was kind enough to drive me to Cueva from the other side of Huéscar. Roughly 9km. We had a good English - Spanish communication and he was informative about the Huéscar and cuevas in general. Cueva was very clean, authentic and without any mold or smell. The view in front of it (50 meters) is amazing. Value for money is 10/10 and I highly recommend this place.

Wi fi or wee fee as Spaniards say. Logically, it isn't supposed to be perfect since it is a "cave", but I expected a little bit more of signal. Still works, somewhat.

It was a new experience In which we immensely enjoyed. The cave was clean. A very comfortable bed. A unique setting in a beautiful countryside. Great staff very friendly.

The cave was more than we expected. We are at present purchasing our own cave. This was are opportunity to try before we buy .

However I disagree with the €15.00 charge added after the booking for cleaning because we had a dog. Moreso as the cave house was not so clean in the bathroom area. The television Arial was broken and staff member assured that it would be fixed within the hour, this did not happen. Nobody at reception in the morning whilst checking out, therefore had to leave key on window ledge and send an email. Unfortunately we left some items behind, our fault, but no customer service in a kindly call to make us aware. UPDATE. Raul, Management for Casas Cueva Molino Fuencaliente, Showed complete professionalism in his response to my concerns. His actions by personally contacting me, showed he cared about his business. We talked through my concerns, we agreed upon a resolutions. In doing so, Raul actions changed a negative into a positive outcome. I will certainly be giving Raul my custom in the near future, mores as my family and I are actively house hunting within the area again very soon. Raul has certainly delivered on customers service at a higher level. thank you.
