Million dollar question! I was greeted with a bug on the wall immediately followed by 4 more that had to go before even bringing bags into the room. Then later in the evening a roach crawled from behind the mirror and then near the door. We only stayed here because everything else was sold out and it had mixed reviews. Whelp let’s just say never again. Smh.

I was booked into the hotel by booking.com but when I arrived there they had no verification of my booking

Bedding had cigarette burnings

The room was not very clean, guests were smoking marijuana so much that it was permeating through the room and causing headaches. Will not stay here again.

Ive stayed here before in the past with a family member and it was great. That was in 2023. We come into town every year for our family's campout. This year there seem to have been a decline in service and cleanliness. I had cigarette holes in my comforter (and so did several other guests rooms who were traveling with me) and there were also roaches present.
