The staff were very unfriendly. No housekeeping service, stayed for a whole month. No pots and pans provided for a extended stay hotel.

When we arrived there was a problem with our room. The previous occupant was refusing to leave. The staff bent over backwards to make sure we had a room for the night. They were obviously distressed over the situation. Our room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely select this hotel when we return to SLC.

Not super comfortable

Talk about a crappy hotel. You'd think staying at an extended stay where theres a kitchen provided you could cook meals? No... there's no dishes, silverware, pans, pots, anything provided. Room doesnt even have a hairdryer, shampoo or conditioner! The bath tub wouldnt drain and the pull wouldnt come all the way up to get all the water up to the shower head. In the bathroom there was a sign that told you not to talk to anyone in the parking lot and to leave nothing in your car. So safety was also definitely an issue at this hotel. Luckily all we needes was a place to rest our heads. And the room was okay for that. But wear your shoes in the room as there are crumbs all over the carpet and also the fridge had a nasty smell. Not food worthy.

Location

Everything. Dirty sticky floors. Malodorous room. Stained bath tub. Cockroaches around. I checked in at 7 PM in the evening and was told they were short staff hence they’re behind on cleaning the rooms. Hence unless I am amenable to wait longer, I can look for another hotel and they can refund me. Unbelievable.

We showed up to check in they failed to tell us that they're parking lot was being repaved I have a handicapped mother they were expecting us to park in the back she cannot walk that far there was going to have to be stairs that she cannot take due to her breathing and oxygen and they wouldn't accommodate for us we had to cancel our reservation and book somewhere else very unsatisfied

Stayed for 2 days and didnt have a single warm shower. Good price but beware.
