Property was conveniently located. The guests kept to themselves. Staff was polite and seemingly accommodating. Kitchenware was an additional cost. No toaster or coffee pot. The internet was an additional cost and hardly worked properly. The pet costs were very high. The outside lighting wasn't working properly. Key cards reprogrammed multiple times per day, over multiple days. No additional accommodations: ice, printing, coffee,breakfast, housekeeping, pool or exercise area. While in the office I overheard other guests complaining about the key cards and internet. The fire dpt, 2 ambulances, and the police were at the location in one week's time. No real sense of safety or that the cost matched the accommodations. If you're looking for a long term temporary stay, I would not recommend.

Everything was dirty, the floors were sticky. My friend and I took a Clorox wipe and wiped all surfaces and the wipes were BLACK. The manager did not check obviously and you guys didn’t do your 10 step cleaning process. Also, there was a wrapper and food by the chair in the room.

The price, however remember you get what you pay for.

The guy checking us in was very dry. No personality. They now charge $20 extra for pots pans, etc. People hanging around outside the property, and it looked like illegal activities going on. Felt a little unsafe.

Very clean rooms and very spacious, quiet & peaceful

Bath tub was dirty/ mold around the spout and didn’t have a shower curtain. Room smells of cigarette and it was no smoking. Everything was very old and needed updating

The heater worked well

Where to start… The bed sagged into the middle (a queen size like at home) so we rolled into each other all night The noise from the Highway made it tough to stay asleep While it had a range top and full sized fridge and a microwave it had no coffee maker. WTF with that!?
