I like staff helpfulness, great location and comfortable of room

Love the option to do laundry 24hrs. Awesome laundry room ! Beautiful view of the city from even number rooms first floor to top floor. Extremely nice staff. Bell carts are plentiful and available . Parking close to building . Overall a quality hotel experience.

The vending machine with snacks took $5 cash and I’m not going through the process of calling a 1-800 number to seek compensation . Once I took a second chance with the machine using a credit card it did work but still was out $5 .

Staff management was rude and unprofessional. Perhaps they pride themselves on being efficient but their customer relationship and communications skills are well under the mat.

Manager called me one morning and woke me up before my alarm time to say she wasn’t going to honor the reservation for the last day (that was confirmed the night before). When I questioned why, while trying to wake up to what was going on, she took offense and said she didn’t like being questioned and that she wanted me out of the hotel (where I had stayed 3 nights). We hadn’t met before; there was no harsh or impolite exchange. Ivy all appearances it appeared she had some operational challenges and decided she needed to take it out on someone. I’m a retired enterprise software executive with substantial HR experience. This manager needs some serious customer relationship trading and/or coaching. I left the hotel and found another for the next 3 nights.
