Bit minimal and tired. Water not hot enough. Towel rail broken.

Les chambres étaient super propres, ainsi que les parties communes. C'est la première fois que je vois des technicien, habillé en technicien, s’occuper du petit déjeuner et la vérification des chambres !!

The location

Check in. Queuing for 30 minutes with only one person on the desk. The whole hotel looks worn and tired Such a beautiful building that badly needs a make over Staff looked unhappy and were poorly presented Items on the breakfast table had run out and were not restocked

The room was beautiful, bed comfortable and decor stylish Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Good selection Staff friendly and helpful Location close to theatre which was the reason for our visit

Great location. Staff were great when I realised I had forgotten my phone charger, i was able to borrow one for my stay.

Hotel is a bit tired looking, threadbare carpets in the common areas. Breakfast was monitored by the handyman, whi was wearing work clothes. Found out that we hadnt be properly checked in when we went for breakfast and were refused breakfast until they realised that we were marked as a no show. Quickly resolved but concerned what would have happened if there had been an incident and rooms had to be evacuated. There was no assistance at reception on how to get around Aberdeen by bus other than check the bus companies website.
