"Delightful stay"

Had an amazing stay at Park Hyatt in Melbourne. The staff were excellent and Charlie the dog ambassador was such a nice surprise to meet. Such a sweet, well behaved boy. Wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Melbourne when we visit again.

Thoroughly recommended for quality of the property, style of staff, kindness of welcome, and accessibility for Melbourne CBD, Parliament House and high end restaurants. No complaints: just need to stay again, soon. Value for money: exceptional.

"Great Hotel , need more staff"

We waited for about 40 minutes for it to arrive, the Eggs were over cooked and the Muffins were cold. The staff were very good but there was a big group there and there was not enough staff, the check out was the same only one person.

Checkout staff were very friendly but he was on his own and there were 5 people in the line up, other staff walked straight past and entered the staff only door and not one of them stopped to help.

"A relief to be in such a pleasant hotel."

The warm welcome from front drive at arrival to front drive at departure. For our special occasion the hotel management made unexpected, thoughtful arrangements.

At level 17 the building is secured with air con being the climate. Could be claustrophobic for some, but air con is entirely manageable.

"A relaxing stay - staff are efficient and polite, the room was comfy and clean."

I loved the large bath in our room, and the bath salts provided. The room was clean. The pool is lovely with natural light and perfect temperature.

The beds were a bit too soft, and I had to leave the pool area as there were too many screaming kids in there 😞The cafe’s menu was quite limited.

"Relaxation, good service and comfort"

A beautiful building with excellent facilities and spaces. The staff were friendly and helpful which added to the already good feeling of being cosseted. The swimming pool and associated facilities were excellent. A wonderful place for a weekend escape yet easy walking to the CBD and good tram links.
