"Great hotel!"

This is a fabulous hotel. Centrally located with friendly and attentive staff, large comfortable rooms, great breakfasts at Le Petit Opus cafe, near public transport and very close to a public parking garage on Metcalf Street where self parking costs $20 for 24 hours.

Les chambres sont ok, propres, confortables.

On refuse de me rembourser un montant de plus de 1000 $ pour l'annulation de deux nuitées alors que nous sommes complètement en droit de l'exiger. Service à la clientèle très difficile à rejoindre et peu efficace. Très déçu. Une note sera également laissé sur Google pour démontrer mon insatisfaction.

Staff and location were great. Liked that they accommodated pets

Shower didn't work properly, no hot water. They charged me twice and it took a while to reverse the 2nd charge and then for me to receive the refund via my crefit card..i was waiting for over a week for that to be processed.by Omni.
