Centrally located

We spent several thousand dollars for a suite during a busy weekend. They charged us $25 to check in an hour early even though the room was ready. Really? Then our soap and shampoo were not refilled. I asked the front desk on the way out to dinner. They said they’d take care of it. But hadn’t. I had to ask again. And the bathroom door didn’t close. It was warped. The staff was inattentive.
