"위치 하나만으로도 가성비 좋음"

위치가 깡패 미나텐진 천천히 걸어도 15분내외로 갈수있고 호텔에서 이치란 본점 바로 감 그리고 호텔 밖에서 캐널시티 보임(그만큼 가깝다는 얘기)

저층이었는데 도로 쪽 방면이여서 창문을 제대로 활짝 못 열었음. 후문에 있는 가게 손님들이랑 눈 마주칠수있음 창문 활짝 열고 싶으면 고층이어야 할듯
