"Had to switch hotels. This hotel needs to be remodeled and cleaning needs to improve."

The staff was helpful and tried their best to be accommodating

The rooms are not well kept. The linens and towels looked old and gave the impression of not being clean. The pillows were stained. They had a smell to it. The breakfast was super simple. I only grabbed a yogurt.

Front desk was helpful, Danielle helped us change rooms when the original room was not found to be up to expectations.

Original room was damp, toilet was not functioning, cooling unit was loud.
