Hilton Garden Inn Denver Airport

Left for family vacation, car got broken into windows shattered, and another car was also broken into, this place didn’t call the police, we left our truck here literally in window distance of the front desk, and nobody did anything. This is the absolute worst place I’ve stayed. And I’ve stayed in budget suits in Las Vegas… do not leave your car here and use their airport drop off vehicles. Your car will get broken into and the people who work here will not care. I want my money back.

The location and the staff was great very welcoming and helpful.

The pool area had no hot tub.

Shuttle service from the airport is literally trash, they lie to you and leave you hanging. Rooms are old and outdated. Heat doesn’t work, super old.

The price was good with free shuttle and beds were good clean bathroom.

Small details that I expect better of Hilton, drapes left gaps for lights at night outside, the microwave was rickety and breakfast area uninspiring compared to the Marriott where we chose to go for dinner Nextdoor. I asked several times on booking for the phone to call for the shuttle from the airport with only a robot non reply. Finally found the phone as booking comments said hard to call and reach them for shuttle. The return shuttle was ok. The lobby music was so noisy even though we had hours and had expected to sit there with coffee- coffee gone and we went early to the airport instead.

Super friendly staff and a comfortable bed, highly recommended!
