Hampton Inn & Suites Denver-Cherry Creek

Location is perfect for my needs and my dog is welcomed here.

Had reserved king bed but was put in double queen room. Was too tired from traveling to request a different room

Breakfast was very poor.

The breakfast food was ok

1. I reserved a king room. When I checked in, nothing was said about not having a king available, so I didn't find out until I entered the room. I went back to the front desk to correct the error but was told the king I reserved had a leak, and so I was "upgraded" to a double queen. There was nothing else they could do. 2. The room was not clean. There was a stain on the bottom sheet. There were stains/dirt marks on a pillow case. Under the toilet seat was urine residue that hadn't been wiped clean. I added pictures below. 3. The beds were not comfortable. I did not expect the level of uncleanliness, especially for a $200/night expense!

Room was clean. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub and a good breakfast.

Paid extra for mountain view, but condensation and smears on windows made it hard to see outside. Breakfast was fine. Hotel seems somewhat stale and outdated. I always think Hampton Inns are overrated, and this one is nothing more than average. You can find a better place to stay at this price point.
