The indoor pool

The room wasn't that good cleaned I found a used cigarette in the drawer in the non smoking room

Close proximity to mystic village

Heat to forever to properly heat the room and bathroom vent cover fell off.

No bugs were found. A basically clean serviceable utility room with no frills. It's close to everything you need but not scenic. It's just off I95.

Half of what you see is broken (plugs, beat up TV, the window lock just plain fell off on the floor, no pool or food). This is obviously a wrecked old HoJos that was renovated cheaply and minimally.

Did not empty trash cans, or turn down the beds.

Location was great

The room was in poor condition, it was clean but was clearly old and poorly maintained. The beds were uncomfortable, the patio door was old and did not lock and the trim the lock was attached to was falling off. The room did not feel safe.

Pool was good, location was ideal, discount on food next door was good.

Even though it was a non smoking room, the hallway smelt horrid, The Room had a mold smell, as soon as you walk in the room you smelt it. Looked like mold to me in the bathroom ceiling.

The best part of the facility was the pool, although all the chairs were broken and doors remained open to the outside comprising safety and security.

The room was obviously old. The beds were broken down and worn out, the couch was stained and was disgusting. The closet doors were broken, the lamp shades next to the bed were broken, the wall molding next to the bathroom was broken. The window didn’t shut properly or lock. The window screen had holes in it. The tub/shower felt like you were going to fall through the floor. The room rate was way too high for the lack of obvious upkeep. The staff (a young man) had incorrectly assumed that we had overstayed our reservation and banged on our door (not a knock!) like police serving a warrant! He did apologize, but maybe we could have started with a phone call before escalating to the level we were treated with. Mystery (brown) stains on the walls and light fixtures in the bathroom, I shudder to think what that might have been! The hallway leading to the pool smelled of mold and cat urine. This three night stay was expensive and this is what my hard earned money paid for?!? Not impressed!
