The water has been off for over 24 hours - weren’t able to take a shower when it was promised it would be back on by the time we were back from the parks. Elevators shut down with a literal water rapid inside of the shaft….

Everything was nice about the property. staff were welcoming and friendly. only downfall coming back to my room to find ants coming up from the headboard. look under bed and find candy, same thing on the other bed. mind you hadn't consumed any food in the room prior to finding the ants. Not fun waking up to ants crawling in the bed. Only took of resort fee for the inconvenience.

I love the front desk staff and the hotel location, has a 24 hour arcade and a nice pool area. The only down fall is the time share people will hound you

This place was a nightmare from the start. They try to trap you in a timeshare the second you arrive, without being upfront about it until you’re already buried in paperwork and have a new charge on your card. Absolutely dishonest and misleading. The resort itself didn’t feel clean at all, and the pool looked so dirty we didn’t even want to go near it. On top of that, they flat-out lied to us when we asked if they had a direct shuttle to EPCOT. We were told they did before booking, but once we got there, surprise — no direct ride. To make matters worse, everything in the lobby is outrageously overpriced (seriously, $7 for a bottle of water?). Between the lack of cleanliness, shady practices, and misleading information, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
