Took me awhile to find espn. I think it was on the TV. Wanted to watch nba playoffs and relax.

"Not a good value at all"

Convenient location.

Bathroom sink clogged. Entire box of facial tissues was damp, apparently from a previous sink overflow. No curtains to pull over window, only sheers. Chipped and rusted doorframe to the bathroom. Sausage, eggs, and biscuit gravy were all lukewarm for breakfast at 7:30 .

Location and price is more what we looked for. It was fine.

Bathroom was missing something (Kleenex maybe) that left this exposed metal box in the wall. Bathroom was a bit sub par in general but it worked fine

My daughter plane was d delayed and the front desk let me check in and pay so when she got in she just picked up her key,your staff was amazing and made it nice for my family that traveled in with an new born baby……keep up the good work

"Not exactly the friendliest front desk staff of the evening"

Location

The dead bolt on the room, did not lock. Was not thrilled about that. Complained to front desk and was told they did not have maintenance on staff to look at the issue that night, and it would be fixed the next day; it was never fixed the next day as promised. Was not offered a partial refund or anything.
