Comfort Inn Plainfield - Indianapolis Airport

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Rooms were very comfy. Great for families. Parking spaces were great. Coffee machine works 24 hours. Has a nice gym.

1. Sheer curtain, 2. No cheese slices to make breakfast sandwich for on the go, 3. Minor stains on a wall/paint. It was a very enjoyable stay, I had to be picky to provide feedback about what I didn't like.

Location was good because it was fairly close to the conference I was attending and it was very close to Indianapolis where my husband went while I was at the conference.

Better lighting in the bathroom and bedside.

Location served us well for what we were in town for. Hotel is close to many restaurants and not too far from other convenient stores.

It was very old and outdated, the elevator was not only 2 months expired certification, it moved after the doors opened, because the windows opened to screens, people clearly smoke in rooms (our room smelled like marijuana when we walked inside) I wore sandals in the shower because it did not look clean enough not to.

Under construction and the pool was either closed due to construction or just wasn’t working.

Breakfast was small but good, the pool was open, staff were really friendly, the area is nice and feels safe, there's shopping all around as well as a lot of food and coffee options within 5 minutes drive

There was only one person working the front desk so it took more than 30 minutes to get checked in (I had a 3 year old and 10 year old waiting in the car). The pool was ice cold, we only stayed in for about 30 minutes because everyone was freezing. The room was fairly dirty (torn curtains, dirty bed linens, rust in tub, automatic shampoo/conditioner in shower was dripping and made a huge slippery mess, dirty carpets, trash still in room from previous stay (we checked in at 5pm so well after everything should've already been cleaned), very dusty). They were also doing construction so they only had half a hotel available. The walls are paper thin so we could hear people all night and morning talking.

Our room smelled like dirty feet. The carpeting was dirty and all the lights were cool led giving it a sterile instead of warm feeling.

The hotel staff didn't put in the info correctly so one 3rd party payment failed. The first person seemed to expect me to fix the problem. Our curtains looked like they had been mauled by a tiger and the elevator was out of order!
