Mayan Secret Hotel Boutique

Un ambiente muy tranquilo, es muy amigable con el ambiente y es un lugar excelente para poder descansar y estar tranquilo sin mucho ruido.

Mucha confusión con la reserva, no sabían si estaba o no pagada, no la encontraban

Very quiet and private property with beautiful large rooms. The receptionists and breakfast attendant went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed and that we were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. They were also exceptionally nice to our two small children.

Secluded, private, luxurious and very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the animals on the property are truly a joy.

Clean, quiet and hidden away. Lovely place.

Very spotty internet but it didnt matter

The mosquitos were out in numbers but we didnt let them bother us much, bring repellant.

Breakfast was excellent !!! Very traditional and truly Mexican.

I really don’t have negative comments. The place is beautiful the pool was at the perfect temperature. Love it very much 😍

The worst hotel ever, yes it was clean and nice looking BUT, the place looked like it was just about to go out of business. They had to go buy the oj to the store they didn’t have a menu, not bar either. Not tv no wifi, it was terrible the pool area, again, it was like abandoned. Staff were useless they had no idea how to fix the tv, the had no idea what to offer for food, when we finally order some eggs and some quesadillas, the came with like 20 minutes of each other. The first one took them like 40 mints to bring. Keep in mind we were the only ones in the entire hotel. Worst experience ever. And then the mosquitos!!!! Wow never agin this place!!
