It was a nice place. Could definitely use some updating. Staff was good and attentive. Cafe had good food. Nice discount for the Moody garden attractions.

The property needs updating. The pictures shown make the pool seem much better than it actually was.

We had a wonderful family stay at the Moody Gardens Hotel in Galveston! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfect for families with young kids. The biggest advantage is its location—being able to walk directly to the Aquarium Pyramid, Rainforest Pyramid, Discovery Museum, and Palm Beach made our trip so convenient and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, and there were plenty of activities to keep them entertained. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, especially in the evenings after a busy day exploring the attractions. The only small downside is that the hotel can be a bit pricey, but the convenience and family-friendly experience made it worth it for us. Overall, it was a memorable vacation, and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Galveston. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!
