Cherokee Grand Hotel

My wife and I stayed in a king deluxe room. The room was damp and had a musty odor. The shower ceiling had visible stains from an obvious leak from above. There was visible mold on the desk chair and the desk itself. My wife is very susceptible to mold and was ill the entire weekend. We informed the hotel staff of the room conditions and were offered nothing. It’s cheaper than other hotels in the immediate vicinity but there’s a reason for this. You get what you pay for strikes true in this case.

The bed was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly. The outside and lobby of this hotel were well kept and pleasing to the eye. The bathroom floor in our room was sticky we kept our shoes on most of the time except when sleeping. We would have complained but it was late. The location is very convenient to the casino (across the street)They do provide shuttle service to the casino. I would most likely stay again but request a clean bathroom floor

Very clean rooms and nice staff

The exterior is a bit dated. The toilet ran, making constant noise. The fridge in room was not cold enough.

The first room we were assigned to the tv didn’t work. Moved us to another and the room was actually nicer. However the people above us were very noisy and came in late.
