The location of the property is around other restaurants and stores making it convenient. Great with communication and easy check in & check out process.

The elevators move a little slow and could be some updating done on appliances in the rooms & bathrooms. Breakfast options could be a little better.

"I love this hotel but the cleanliness it’s really lacking lately"

The property is located in the perfect location, love the shopping areas around it

Feel as if the cleanliness of the bathrooms in the rooms are going downhill. The tub looks dirty the past few times I’ve stayed, the floors aren’t properly swept.

Price and ability to use late checkout option.

The smell of Clorox was overpowering when we first entered room. Lamp between beds had a short in the cord, making it unable to be used. Desk chair is unstable and unsafe. Toilet bowl is cracked. Room 607.

"For the price and convenience of location, if you like semi-cool temperature rooms with loud AC, go for it."

Location, TV options to watch Netflix in addition to many channels.

The AC was loud and as a woman suffered hot flashes the temperature didn’t really change despite lowering the temperature and setting fan on high. A ceiling fan would be nice also to better circulate the air, as with the humidity the room was stuffy. My husband and I both kicked our chins on the metal piece sticking out at the end. Also, front lady wasn’t rude, but appeared to be doing all the front desk work alone.
