did not eat breakfast at your facility the beds and pillows were very comfortable

Your pictures do not depict the actual room. I travel alot and this facility was not to my expectations. the room I was in was outdated, plaster coming off ceiling in bathroom, bathroom facilities needs updated, picture does not show sink facilities outside the bathroom therefore the occupants have to watch someone wash their face, brush their teeth, or fix their appearance. The commodes should be updated to a higher height and bathroom should be structured to be all inclusive for privacy.

It was not very clean. The lamp shades were gross. The sheets were stained. There was a spider and spider web in our toilet upon arrival. The bathroom door had a dent in it that appeared to be from a fist.

The staff was friendly and breakfast was hot!

Our room smelled of cigarettes as soon as you walked in even though it’s supposed to be a “non-smoking” room. There were big stains on the carpet and the bathroom had holes in the door.

They had NO soap, they need to clean back splash (old toothpaste splatter ) by sink

Everything was great

Lisa at the front desk was exceptional. Bed was comfy and the hot tub was great!

Staff was friendly and available for immediate check in, breakfast wasn't crowded with people, location easy off interstate. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room was quiet. Plumbing worked well.

Wallpaper had been taped up to wall with clear packing tape, door frame and around floorboards in bathroom were rusted, wallpaper in bathroom was peeling off and had multiple patch jobs from towel holders being moved. Location was easy but no sign off side street as to where to turn for hotel so turned too soon. Saw a car behind us make same mistake.
