I never had breakfast because breakfast was from 6 to 7 no one gets up that early for breakfast I’m sorry but that’s my last time going to that hotel

Our check in experience was perfect and the room was great. The gentleman working was super nice and helpful. This was my main worry after reading reviews with issues. Exactly what we needed for a weekend trip. Only thing that could have been better with the room would be there are some cosmetic repairs that’s show but nothing that ruins your trip. The carpet does need some deep cleaning as your feet show dirt after walking around. The pool was amazing looking and well maintained. The lobby was great and the breakfast wasn’t fantastic but efficient for us. Room keys never had an issue. The main issue was the steps of the hotel definitely need repairs because they are tripping hazards. Overall, I would stay again based on price and location for our Hersheypark trip. We chose this area over Harrisburg and we’re very happy with our choice after seeing Harrisburg.

Ignorant rude discrimination and denied a veteran a room despite having the confirmation Of the booking through shop.com said she would call manager I said I would wait she then said he won't be here til tomorrow and she said I was trespassing after sitting there and threatens me with calling the cops. I called the cops who did nothing but took the report and said they have a habit of denying people who pay the room! Smh I have yet to get any money back.

Breakfast was good. Not restaurant quality but a decent selection and decent for being free. Location and price is why I chose this hotel. The laundry room came in handy as we got caught in the rain and needed to dry our clothes. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Handle for the sink came off in my sister's hand during normal use.

We where woken up at 3 am due to some one pulled the alarm which was right above our door. I made a complaint about loss of sleep he didn't care because we were prepaid. So we left early.

The room was clean location was nice staff was nice

There were people other guests smoking pot and there was a fight above us between a woman and a man and it didn't sound good hitting and slamming

There was a roach behind the chair and other bugs. The paint was peeling off in the bathroom. Our remote didn’t work as well as the door reader for our key. They don’t offer even water. People live there and one room smelled so bad I think if the health department came in they would close it down.
