Staff rude & racist!!

Either the thermostat or the heating did not work. I could not get the room temperature to go above 71. I was cold. I turned the thermostat up to 79 degrees trying to get the heater to come on. It only continued to blow cool air. I used towels on the bed to warm up because the bedding was not thick enough.

Like Price work kitchen and chair in room.

We book weekly. Stated 1 week booked second had confirmation but was asked to leave because they over booked. We planned to stay 3 months while his job lasted but had to pack A lot, take off work, find new hotel, move everything and unpack AGAIN! Not cool!!!!!

The staff was excellent and the location.

The smell of the hallway on the third floor where my room was. It did not smell pleasant at all, thankfully it didnt seep into my room

Never will I stay here again

Everything it’s a nasty place , not glean and definitely the Ghetto! Very noisy , and definitely ghetto I would definitely out of my area
