Hyatt Place Fort Lee/George Washington Bridge

Nice lobby area and clean. Convenient to getting on major highways. Our room was very comfortable (double queen and sofa bed) we are two adults with three kids. Breakfast included was nice and the food was tasty. Really enjoyed my stay.

Nothing was terrible. The only thing i noticed in our room was an area on the carpet with a bad smell. Possibly someone may have vomited there or dropped something. But it was under the desk area so it didn’t affect anything.

The General Manager of the hotel, Mrs. Samira Machado, was exceptional. She was warm, professional, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Her dedication to guest satisfaction and attention to detail made a real difference and contributed greatly to our positive experience..

Super clean and excellent Customer service

It was there.

We called ahead twice to make sure they knew we would be there at 5am. After driving almost 12 hours from South Carolina, we tried to check in. They told us it would be at least noon until they had a room. I told them we called, and they refused to let us in. They said we could sleep in the lobby. We found the Executive Inn down the street and they had us in a room in five minutes and it was bigger and cheaper. Take that as you will.

Cleanliness, the lobby and the room, both were very clean and well maintained. Modern and comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. Restaurant/ bar available till 11pm. Easy access to GWB/NYC. I would stay there again.

No complaints

The hotel room window was facing the main road and that led to lot of noise through the night due to ongoing road construction activity. Additionally AC unit was also noisy.
