Mayflower Park Hotel

The front desk staff was excellent. We had the pleasure of working with one of the Mayflower Managers at the desk as well as a new hire, both providing professional service. The valet team was excellent - very helpful, organized and friendly. It was an easy location to navigate and get around. Lots to do close by and easy to catch the Link.

Can't think of anything, I think the staff worked very hard to assist guests.

Central location, easy to walk to the Waterfront. Lovely old hotel with great character. Convenient restaurant for breakfast (and dinner if required.)

Check-in was slow, as our room wasn't ready at 4pm.

Charm of older style, large room, fabulous location. Eerie history for ghost enthusiasts!

Location Room was spacious with an armchair to relax in. Comfortable bed. Shower was hot and good water pressure. Staff were helpful.

If I am honest, the toilet. It was too low especially for someone like me with bad knees. It looked like a child's toilet.

Loved the friendly staff, had our room ready long before our check in time.

It was more expensive than it should have been, and there is no parking garage unless you valet.
