"Great Value - Bad Choice!"

The check-in staff was friendly and professional.

The room was dated and dirty (the interior of the tub was peeling and hair on the shower walls-type of dirty); the bed was very uncomfortable and smelly; the road was noisy; I found small ants on my bath towel, and take note that the “breakfast” consists of a protein bar, mini muffin, instant oatmeal, and coffee. I have traveled in developing countries quite a bit, so I know that older hotels can still be clean and well-maintained even if they are inexpensive!

"Bad enough that I will no longer stay at another Extended Stay."

Everything... the room was cramped, old and cluttered with hardly any room to move. It was nothing like the room in the website reservation picture and not even worth the price paid. Breakfast was grab a muffin and cup of coffee to go out the door. Feel free to contact me if you need more information.

Booked wrong hotel with booking.com l wanted Extended stay America West other wise the Canyon Park Extended stay American was great the one near Crystal Creek Restaurant
