"Best Western check in difficult due to Booking.com miscommunication"

Convenient for a stop after flying to Pheonix long haul. Breakfast was simple but everything you could need to refuel Rooms basic but clean and what you need for a nights rest Plenty of on site parking

Best Western doesn’t recognise Booking.com bookings. It literally took 20 minutes to check-in and we were hanging after a 12 hour flight just wanted to go to bed. The problem was Best Western book rooms individually, whereas Booking.com makes 1 booking for 2 rooms. The 2 systems do not marry up. The hotel has a basic feel to everything, decor, rooms, toiletries, school dinner hall appearance to dining room. The price is pretty much same as Hilton etc but quality lower.

Quiet and good location

Bed was old and mattress was uncomfortable. They need to remodel the rooms. Very outdated and only 1 burner worked on the stovetop.
