Ms. Brandon was very helpful. I appreciate her help and kindness. It was a great stay while I was here. The doors should be able to have an entrance and exit other than that i would also suggest that parking could be more convenient to the room placement

Friendly and professional staff members. Clean rooms.

The staff is amazing and so friendly. Me and my family he’d to stay here for a couple of weeks and we fell in love with the staff, they treated us like family. My dog Mary fell in love with mostly every staff member on sight. Ms Vivian was the sweetest lady and cared for Mary so much that we had to make sure we found her before we were going to leave so they can say there goodbye’s. When we arrived Ms Laura helped us out dearly and was so polite to us. The rooms were clean and smelled very pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay.

Brandon was GREAT! Immaculate customer experience along with a great spirit. The laundry room was out of order which was a bummer. The lights in the hallway could be a little brighter as well. Would be super helpful navigating with children and pets during the darker hours of the day.

Brandon is wonderlful and friendly hard working employee the best that ever did it i really thinl she loves her job truly she looks nice dress nice and hair is always laid she a really fly person and please can yall think of taken up the carpets it smells awefull thanks

The room hadn't been cleaned when we got to the location that evening. The person at the front desk wasn't very helpful. We had booked a double room, there weren't any more available, so we were charged for an extra room instead of comp'd the extra room. Poor cleanliness and poor customer solution skills.

Ms. Laura at the front desk was so sweet and really helpful.I explained my situation and she really helped us out. The rooms and lobby were very clean as well……………………………………..….just because I had to write 200 characters. Good experience tho
