The lobby and halls were nasty and smelled horribly. The room was nasty and smelled. Outside grounds were terrible with trash in the bushes, and all kind of people hanging around. I am not exaggerating about any of this!

The bed was comfortable

The 1st room was roach infested so I asked for a new room. 2nd room the bathtub was broken where stopper goes. 3dr room bathtub stopper was broken I just used plastic bag cause that was reasoning for booking. I received $14 discount from booking.com so I stayed. 1st night 3dr room change on check in date that night bathroom vent started dripping water onto floor. No front desk after 11p until late morning. So it dripped all night. Front desk was notified in the morning when they opened by this time the vent was hanging from the ceiling ready to fall down. Front desk stated it would be late before maintenance comes in so just place a trash can there. Maintenance never came when I asked for extra towels to wash my hair they had none. I didn't feel like fighting about getting my money back to go to a new hotel cause that's why I received the discount which should've been more. I was told I couldn't get my money back that day to even get another hotel room. I wasn't even offered another room. That room had roaches also but I cleaned with bleach and placed insect repellent around room. There were bullet holes in wall.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Convenient to quality restaurants, stores and interstate. I loved being within 5 minutes of so many options to choose from.

The smell of marijuana hits you the minute you walk in the door and travels throughout the building. Bad first impression! I was on the 2nd floor and the smell was all in the hallway. For this to be a non-smoking facility, I didn't get it. Also, I had to go to the front desk 3 times because one of the keys did not ever work. I was told to keep "jiggling" it. I tried this multiple times and it never worked. This was an inconvenience to me as I was staying there with my adult grandson.

My room was not ready. Did not have housekeeper on site to clean nor other rooms available. Basically now I’m dealing with a refund that does not happen

Ich bin ehrlich gesagt schockiert, dass dieses Hotel überhaupt auf Booking.com gelistet und teilweise sogar empfohlen wird. Das Zimmer war in einem inakzeptablen Zustand: sichtbar verschmutzt, keine frische Wäsche vorhanden und im Bad fehlte sogar ein Duschvorhang – entsprechend stand nach dem Duschen das Wasser im ganzen Raum. Zusätzlich herrschte im Zimmer ein unangenehmer Geruch, der den Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr belastet hat. Für mich stellt sich ernsthaft die Frage, nach welchen Kriterien solche Unterkünfte geprüft werden. Als Kunde verlässt man sich darauf, dass Mindeststandards eingehalten werden – das war hier eindeutig nicht der Fall. Diese Erfahrung lässt mich auch grundsätzlich daran zweifeln, künftig überhaupt noch über Booking.com zu buchen oder nicht lieber auf andere Plattformen auszuweichen. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, dieses Hotel zu buchen.
