Had to kill cockroaches EVERY DAY. They were everywhere. Hotel pictures are not up to date. The ceiling was peeling & has brown spots. The cause with the pull out was dirty & has stains . The room smelled like pee

Pretty disappointed with this hotel. Pictures online are obviously not this property and do not even resemble the layout. No one at the front desk to check you in after 11pm and they don’t return until 10am the following day. Key did not work to let me back into building in the middle of the night and no one was there. Luckily my girlfriend was with me or I don’t know what I would’ve done. No amenities whatsoever. Asked for an extra towel and was told I had to pay, even just exchange for clean ones. Lady working there was extremely rude and told us our dog couldn’t be in the lobby even just to walk through. Mind you, this is a pet friendly hotel. Horrid smell of weed and urine in common areas. I work in the hotel industry and this is almost as bad as I’ve ever seen…which says a lot. Look elsewhere. Not worth it for the money. We almost left at 9pm to drive 4 hours home just because of the nasty accommodations. Really pathetic that they continue to put their guests through these conditions. Do better, it honestly wouldn’t take that much effort. This property is clearly apathetic to improvement. Next time I’ll pay more money to stay elsewhere.

No irons, no ironing boards, no microwave, no hair dryer, no phone in the room, extra fees for dishes, bucket in the hallway to catch dripping water and there was a glove in it. Hair on the towel, dirty fridge inside and outside upon my arrival. Only one clean room at 3:00 p.m. and it was by the back door--too loud. Dirty rugs in the hallway. Police activity out front upon departure. Just terrible. I left a day early and would never stay here again.

Being from Atlanta the location was good but that's it.

My first room the door was wide open and feces was floating in the toilet. My second room someone's underwear was hanging fro. The shower curtain rod, the room smelled like a old reheated seafood boil and there was loose medication in the drawers that my baby found while opening them. I was there to go to MEPS for the military and it was hastily rescheduled. The hotel said they couldn't refund me for the single night that was left and booking never responded. I will never recommend booking or this establishment yo anyone.

There was roaches in my room. When I got there I just stood there in front of the check in desk and nobody came to help me for about 15 minutes, until a lady finally came from somewhere. But she didn't even greet me with a smile or anything. I had to greet her, and I don't even like talking that much.

Room 209 was infested with roaches and gnats. My room came without a chair and kitchen sink drain stopper. A request was made, but nothing arrived before I left.
