I stayed at this property for about 3 weeks location is very convenient for anyone needing quick access to Shrewsbury and Northborough — even without a car. The WRTA shared cab service through Via is only $2 per ride, which made getting around much easier. I also want to highlight a few staff members who truly made a difference during my stay. Christie and T went above and beyond to secure and return my Apple Watch after I accidentally left it behind during checkout. Donna was always friendly, responsive, and quick to help with any concerns or questions I had. They were the best part of the experience.

Unfortunately, the condition of the room fell far below expectations. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the carpet, couch, and refrigerator were visibly dirty upon arrival. The kitchen sink also had a large gap in the plumbing that caused all water from the faucet to pour directly into the cabinet and onto the floor. It took 1–2 days for this issue to be resolved, which was extremely inconvenient during an extended stay.
